General Programs: $30/month.
These are general programs that you can choose to fit your goals and ability. They will motivate you and keep you on track to succeed and achieve your goal. They are general programs and you may need to adapt the schedule a bit to fit your schedule. Try to stay on track! Use the ‘guidelines’ below to assess whether you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You can also email Coach Nellie to determine your level and the best program for you.
You will need to sign a waiver and release and fax or send that in along with payment prior to receiving your program. These programs are patent-pending and only for the personal use of the paid individual. Any duplicating, copying, or sharing of these programs for anyone else is against the law; and in addition to bad karma you will be in big trouble if caught.
